What is the shelf life of your products?
Overnight Oats
Best consumed within 3 days from the date of delivery/collection (inclusive of the delivery/collection date). Keep refrigerated at 4°C or below.
If you are unable to consume them within 3 days, keep frozen at -18°C or below for up to 1 week.
Once opened, please consume within the same day.
Cookies
Best consumed within 1 month. Always keep the ziplock bag properly sealed to maintain freshness. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 6 weeks.
Brownies
Best consumed within 2 weeks. Keep refrigerated at 4°C or below.
What is the delivery pricing?

What are your working days?
Our working days are Monday to Friday.
Orders and enquiries received outside our working days will be attended to on the next working day.
Is self-collection available?
Yes! Self-collection is available at 537643.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before heading down for collection.
What are your delivery terms?
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order and refrigerate chilled items promptly.
If nobody answers the door, the courier may leave the order outside the unit. Milking Cow SG will not be liable for any spoilage or damage caused by items being left outside after delivery.
Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery.

Overnight Oats
One of our signature products and a convenient, filling option for busy breastfeeding mummies. Available in a variety of delicious, dessert-inspired flavours.
Cookies & Brownies
Perfect when you're craving something sweet and convenient. Our lactation bakes contain ingredients commonly enjoyed by breastfeeding mummies, including brewer's yeast and flaxseed.
Every mummy is different, and individual experiences may vary. 🤎
How should I consume the products?
There is no strict timing required — enjoy them whenever it fits into your day!
Our overnight oats make a convenient breakfast or snack, while our cookies and brownies are perfect for those little hunger moments between feeds or pumps.
Our lactation treats are intended to complement a balanced diet, adequate hydration and regular breastfeeding or pumping.
What if I cannot finish my overnight oats in one sitting?
If you know you won't finish the whole jar, scoop the portion you'd like to eat into a separate bowl using a clean spoon.
Avoid eating directly from the jar and storing the remainder, as saliva may introduce bacteria into the product.
Once opened, we recommend consuming the oats within the same day.

You don't have to be breastfeeding to enjoy Milking Cow SG. Our cookies, brownies and overnight oats can be enjoyed by anyone who loves a good treat!

Our products contain a variety of everyday food ingredients, but every pregnancy is different.
If you are pregnant, have gestational diabetes, food allergies or have been advised to follow a specific diet, please check the ingredients and consult your healthcare professional if you're unsure whether a product is suitable for you.

How long are discount codes and giveaways valid?
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes are valid for 3 months from the date of activation.
Giveaway prizes must be redeemed within 3 months from the winning date, unless otherwise stated.
Unused promotions or prizes will automatically be forfeited after their expiry date.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Are your products Halal-certified?
Milking Cow SG is not Halal-certified.
Our kitchen does not use pork or lard. However, customers with specific dietary or religious requirements should review our ingredients before ordering.
Please contact us if you have questions about the ingredients used in a particular product.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once an order has been confirmed, preparation and administrative costs may already have been incurred.
Cancellations are therefore subject to a 20% cancellation/service charge.
Please double-check your order details, delivery option and address before confirming your purchase.
